An honest conversation about investment.

Therapy is an investment — in your time, your energy, and yes, your finances. I want that to be a transparent conversation from the start, not something you have to wonder about.

Insurance & Superbills: I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a Superbill after each session, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential partial reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits — it's worth a call to your provider to find out what you may be eligible for.

If cost is a barrier, please reach out. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available, and I'm happy to have that conversation.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost if you don't have insurance or are not using insurance. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
